Dr Anne-Marie Ternes

Anne-Marie is a Clinical Neuropsychologist who has worked in both the public and private health systems. She has:

• An interest in sports related concussion, with experience at both the elite and amateur levels. Anne-Marie has facilitated baseline cognitive testing programs at AFL and NRL clubs. She also has experience in concussion management, including the provision of post-concussion assessments and recommendations.

• Experience in the diagnosis of dementia.

• Experience in providing tailored recommendations for supports for people with cognitive difficulties, including those in the National Disability Insurance Scheme.

• Experience in the assessment of decision making capacity.

Anne-Marie has a Doctorate in Clinical Neuropsychology and a PhD in neuroscience from Monash University. She works at Monash University as a lecturer in the areas of psychology, neuroscience, and disability.
